Polymarket Beat provides users with automated alerts and notifications (via Telegram or other channels) related to activity on the Polymarket platform, including wallet transactions, trades, and market movements.

The Service is provided for informational and convenience purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscription & Billing

The Service offers a 14-day free trial, after which it converts to a paid subscription of $5 per month, unless canceled.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. No Financial Advice

The Service does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

All content, alerts, and information provided through the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for making financial decisions.

You acknowledge that:

6. No Guarantee of Alerts or Accuracy

We do not guarantee that alerts or notifications will be delivered in real-time, delivered at all, or accurate, complete, or up-to-date.

The Service may be affected by:

You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for missed alerts, delayed alerts, incorrect alerts, or any consequences resulting from such issues.
